Where Does Your Money Go?
Transition2Work is a Henbury work training initiative. We have set up numerous work training and enterprise education programs which allow our students to work in a supervised and safe environment, produce goods and services, and learn valuable work skills along the way. This gives them practical experience which will assist in gaining a VETiS certificate and, one day, enable them to gain paid employment in the real world.
Students learn barista, hospitality, bakery and cooking skills. We have also have a custom-made trailer (thanks to you guys!) where we serve hot beverages around the Darwin & Palmerston areas.
Check out the Crews'n Brew facebook page for more details.
Students learn sewing, screen printing and craft skills. We make custom products for organisations such as shirts, uniforms and calico bags with your design printed on them.
Students learn basic horticultural skills, such as mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching and frond removal.
They're available for your garden. Contact the school for more details.
Students learn hairdressing skills from a qualified hair technician.
